I support families that want to feel empowered before, during, and after birth. I will encourage your efforts to become more informed in your pregnancy and support you as you advocate for what you want. Support is offered through both the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy and beyond. Every person and pregnancy is unique, and I cherish the fact that I can offer my knowledge and compassion to new and or experienced parents.
As a wife, mother of 3, and birth worker, I have had my own very unique and different pregnancies, births, and postpartum periods and all were significantly impacted by the support and knowledge I had before, during, and after birth. This has driven me to support other mamas and their families. I believe having a solid support person is key to transitioning into parenthood gracefully.

My passion & goal is…
To be supporting families in their journey of parenthood. Birth work, Doula care, health care have always been at the core of my identity. As a birth worker I hold birth certifications in birth & postpartum doula care, lactation consulting, and nutrition counseling. This allows me to even further support my families in a multitude of specializations. With me by your side I will providing resources on everything from baby prep to postpartum support and more. I am always continuing my education to bring to you the most current modalities.In your journey of parenthood I hope to ground your nerves, mediate the stress and empower your decisions. I will tailor my support to each client and families needs, to create a personal package that is just what you want.
